A slab of porcelain is rolled and shapes are cut. The edges need to be smoothed, a design pressed into the porcelain and buttons holes made. All stamps are hand made as well.

Once the pieces are air dried they are "cleaned" once again, ensuring smooth edges. Next the are loaded in the kiln for a bisque firing.

Last, the buttons are painted. Glazes, underglazes, clear and crackle glazes are used, depending on the desired effect.
